Personally, one of my biggest regrets is to not understand my potential, and feel like I can always do more. But often times, I am unsure of where to start, or how to start. Finding the 'why' can be tricky for me too. This has given me the activation energy to start this podcast, and we'll see where this goes!

I believe that every individual carries a wealth of stories, experiences and knowledge that can help unlock a part of ourselves - regardless of which aspect of our lives it may be. If we are able to empower ourselves as a person, our creative life can also be enriched exponentially. Simply because, life and creativity are so intertwined, no?
I'm passionate about learning from such individuals, and digging out hidden gems (like these) that can perhaps inspire, or even provide activation power to pursue a thing that we've always wanted to, but haven't done so for a variety of reasons.
My intention through this platform is to create a treasure trove of wealthy, juicy and delicious food for our brains, and souls!
